Sean McGuigan Hart is the Boys Director and part owner of Saint Charles FC, a role he has held since co-founding the club with Shaun Edgar in 2020. Throughout his tenure, Sean has led and developed teams across various age groups, including the 2004, 2006, 2009, and 2010 birth years,

A native of Manchester, England, Sean’s coaching journey spans both sides of the Atlantic. With his UEFA B License, and BA Honors Degree in Sports Coaching Sean has coached in diverse environments across the United States, including in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and South Carolina, before settling in Saint Charles.

As Boys Director, Sean’s leadership ensures that Saint Charles FC remains a hub for excellence in player development, and an environment where players thrive, learn, and grow in all facets of the game.
