Michael has been a cornerstone of the Saint Charles FC team since its inception, bringing years of dedication and passion for the game to the club. Over the years, he has had the privilege of coaching a wide range of boys’ teams, including those born in 2006, 2008, 2011, 2012, and 2014. In 2023, Michael also contributed as an assistant coach for STC’s inaugural USL2 season, showcasing his versatile coaching experience at every level.

Starting as a staff coach, Michael has worked his way up to the role of Boys Director, overseeing player development and ensuring the club’s commitment to fostering talent both on and off the field. His approach to coaching emphasizes holistic player development, guiding athletes to grow as players, teammates, and individuals.

Outside of coaching, Michael enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Erin, and their two children, Seamus (13) and Austyn (11), who are both active players with Saint Charles FC.
