More exciting news for our club! Saint Charles FC has officially been accepted into the 2024 USL Academy Cup. We will be fielding boys teams in the U13, U15, and U19 age groups. Brackets for the event will be released in early 2024.

The USL Academy Cup, held in Tampa, FL, is one of the nation’s most prestigious soccer tournaments and features some of the country’s top youth players from the U13, U15, and U19 age groups. The USL Academy Cup emphasizes the importance of on-field and off-field development with workshops and panels throughout the weekend, scouts watching in-person and virtually, additional activations in the Player Village, and development opportunities for coaches and referees.

“The USL Academy Cup is an exciting and exclusive event for us to be apart of, and one that I was thoroughly impressed with last year when we attended. We are proud to be attending again this year and having representation in every birth year on the boys side. This is a platform where the United Soccer League, college coaches, and scouts observe and recruit developing youth players. Our goal is to continue providing our players at Saint Charles FC with high-level and unique opportunities that set us  apart.” said Saint Charles FC Boys Director Sean McGuigan-Hart.
